Breathe & Be: A 4-Week Summer Reset is a private member cohort designed to help you pause, exhale, and reconnect with yourself through breathwork, nervous system regulation, and simple self-care practices.

Each week, we’ll gather on Zoom for accessible nervous system learning, guided breathwork, and community practice. You’ll learn how to use your breath to soothe stress, restore energy, support better sleep, and return to a steadier sense of calm, clarity, and resilience.

No prior breathwork experience is needed.
